How would you describe the differences between your offering from others in your RegTech category?
Our end-to-end platform typically replaces several point solutions, providing much better operational integration, additional benefits and reduced costs.
What advice would you give to decision makers when choosing a RegTech solution such as the ones your offer?
Look at the joined-up picture of how rules are ingested, mapped, how risks are controlled by the 3 lines of defence, how responsibilities and accountability is managed, and how audits are conducted. There is likely to be a huge amount of inefficiency, cost and compliance risk that could be stripped out or reduced.
Due to the global pandemic a lot has changed in the world in the last year. How has your company changed in the in the last 12 months?
We tended to do a lot of work remotely anyway, so operationally there was not a huge impact, although more remote working has made us more productive overall. Our clients are equally well positioned to withstand the effects of the pandemic due to their resilience measures. However, Axiom’s benefits are even clearer when the workforce is more distributed as we provide a central point of truth for numerous workstreams that are otherwise very hard to keep track of.
Can you tell us about some of your most recent achievements or milestones you’ve reached?
Turnover of £2M ARR, Headcount of 25 Staff, Reached 40 clients, Gone Global now with users in APAC, Signed several of the world’s largest banks. Lots to be proud of.
What is drives you as company & what is Axiom long term vision?
Making it easy for financial firms to comply with regulation and manage compliance risk, even when they operate under numerous jurisdictions and in territories worldwide.
What are some of the important developments you are seeing in the RegTech industry?
More willingness to use the latest software solutions; more co-operation across departments of compliance, HR, risk and operations to solve regulatory challenges; greater expectation from regulators that compliance will be managed using dedicated software rather than Microsoft Office products & Sharepoint etc.

Embracing the challenge of managing global compliance for our clients. Introducing 24/7support. Further increasing the functionality and usability of our product set. Expanding into more jurisdictions and territories. Growing our headcount.
