SaaS RegTech leader, PassFort, acquired by Moody’s

London, December 3, 2021 – Moody’s Corporation (NYSE:MCO) today announced that it has acquired PassFort, the SaaS RegTech provider automating anti-financial crime and compliance processes.

In addition, Moody’s has also entered into an agreement to acquire 360 kompany AG (Kompany).

Both acquisitions will enhance Moody’s offering to customers, delivering best-in-class solutions for global KYC, anti-money laundering, compliance, and risk management.
