Steven Maijoor, ESMA Chair, has delivered the following statement to the Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee (ECON) at the European Parliament today, Tuesday 10 November. The statement provides an update on ESMA work in relation to MiFID 2.
The speech provides the ECON Committee with a further update on the past and on-going regulatory work of ESMA, in particular with regard to Non-equity transparency, Position limits, Ancillary activity, and Implementation work.
