The FCA has published the consultation paper CP16/2: Mortgage Credit Directive: Minor changes to our rules and guidance.
The paper aims to set out a number of proposed changes to our Handbook, in particular to the Perimeter Guidance manual (PERG) and Glossary of terms. We are also proposing changes to rules and guidance in the Mortgage and Home Finance: Conduct of Business sourcebook (MCOB).
Comments are due by 15 February 2016.
