PRA comments on the implementation of ring-fencing

The Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) today has published several documents with regard to its approach the implementation of ring-fencing.

It has issued a police statement that sets out the PRA’s responses to feedback on Consultation Paper 33/15 ‘The implementation of ring-fencing: the PRA’s approach to ring-fencing transfer schemes’. For the statement and related information, please see here.

The PRA also published a webpage on skilled person applications for ring-fencing transfer schemes, which include the relevant form and guidance and which can be found here.

The PRA also refers interested parties to the FCA’s statement on its final ring-fencing transfer scheme guidance, which can be found here.
