The FCA today published a speech by Edwin Schooling Latter, Head of Markets Policy, FCA, delivered at CISI European Regulation Forum on 2 February 2016.
The speech addresses the question “Do I need to worry about benchmark regulation?”
Schooling Latter summarised the current regulatory situation and recent development, in particular EU regulation and who will be affected, as well as what firms need to do with regard to it.
